We now require new patients to pay a deposit of $50 that will be credited to your visit. This deposit stands as a late cancellation/no show fee per our late cancellation policy. Deposit will only be refunded if you cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note, if you are an established patient but creating a new profile, the system will consider you a new patient.
